What is so special about the ‘Make Home Brew’ movement that there are so many people turning to it as a hobby?
Beer is not new. Wine is not new. Beer is fermented grains such as hops and cereals.
Perhaps it is the expense?
Perhaps it is the process and the ability to say you did it yourself and now you are part of the ‘make home brew’crew. I don’t know. But I had a buddy who was nearly a fanatic when it came time to make home brew. He never even called it beer. According to him it was better than beer that is why he called it home brew.
